Trade Terms and Conditions


We are delighted to hear that you wish to become a trade customer with Claritystamp Limited. We will always endeavour to provide you with the best possible service, so if you have any queries regarding our Terms & Conditions, please do not hesitate to ask.

New Customers

Please fill out and return the attached trade application form (which can be downloaded from here).

• Please note that the first order minimum is £250 (net).

• Goods supplied by Claritystamp Limited on a wholesale basis are for re-sale only, not end user use.

• Once approved, we will create an account for you on our new Trade website



• All orders must be placed online via

• A minimum quantity of 3 of any individual product is required when placing an order.

• There is no minimum reorder value.



• Payment must be made at the time of ordering.


Carriage & Delivery – UK mainland

• Carriage is free within the UK mainland for all orders of £150 or more (excl. VAT). Otherwise orders are shipped with a flat fee of £10

• We endeavour to dispatch orders within 10 working days.

• Your order will be shipped by Interlink Express courier, however we will always try and find the best shipping solution and occasionally ship with other providers.

• A tracking number for your shipment will be emailed to you upon dispatch


Carriage & Delivery – International

• International carriage is charged at cost. We will advise you of the cost prior to shipping. Please be assured that we always strive to find the most cost-efficient service for your order.

• We endeavour to dispatch orders within 10 working days.

• We will issue you with an invoice for the shipping separately.

• A tracking number for your shipment will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

• You may arrange your own shipping if you require.


Any order omissions need to be advised immediately upon receipt of goods. Any faulty items will be replaced at our expense.

Please note that we do not operate a sale or return policy.


Claritystamp Limited operates an “Angel Policy” similar to other crafting companies. This means that we are more than happy for customers who would like to use our images to produce their own handmade cards, craftwork and other projects to sell. Therefore, we give permission in the form of a limited licence to use any Claritystamp Limited clear stamps, stencils and Groovi products for the purpose of creating items for sale, provided they are on a limited scale and handmade, rather than mass produced. The Angel Policy does not allow Claritystamp Limited clear stamps, stencils or Groovi® products to be used in the creation of logos or company trademarks and digital files of any type containing Claritystamp Limited. Images may not be sold under any condition.


We try to resolve any complaints as soon as they occur. We strive to offer a professional and friendly service, so if you have any complaints or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Claritystamp Limited reserves the right to:

• Change the Terms and Conditions at any time

• Refuse orders at any time

• Refuse applications at any time


Clarity on TV

Once a TV show has been planned and agreed, we send out an eShot showcasing all the new products for you, so that you can pre-order, together with launch details. This way, you can place an order prior to the show and receive it within 48 hours of the show. We would ask that you do not share any of the pre-order images or information on your website, eShots or social media sites until after each TV Show. Please respect these simple rules, and we will avoid any exclusivity issues.
